Alzheimer’s (CCDI) Unit
We have a 15 bed separated Alzheimer’s Unit called the Prairie Lane Unit (PLU). The section of our facility is a secured unit, which provides a calm, non-threatening atmosphere for residents needing this type of care. The Prairie Lane Unit has a modified activity program, enclosed courtyard, individualized diets and spacious dining room, with private rooms.
A full-time activities assistant works with the residents in the Prairie Lane Unit to help provide a modified activity program to meet each resident’s varied interests and abilities. For more information about our Activities program, please follow the link to the left under Our Services.
